Main features of the test system➢ This system is compatible with 3560, 3561, 3562, 3563 internal resistance tester access test, thespecific test parameters are shown in the technical parameter table below;➢ OCV test system is composed of OCV test software and OCV background storage database, which canprovide OCV real-time test and track and query test data and export reports;➢ The main modules of this system are: user operation software authority management module,production batch management module, gear scheme information management module, battery testcontrol module, test data management module, test information marking module, etc.;➢ During the OCV test, the barcode rules will be checked for each scanned barcode;➢ Support continuous testing of OCV1~OCV4, each process checks the test results of the previous process(such as whether it is executed, whether the test is NG, whether it reaches the shelf time, etc.);➢ Calculate the voltage difference, internal resistance difference, and K value based on the open circuitvoltage and internal resistance of the OCV test combined with the test results of the previous OCVprocess, and carry out comprehensive classification;➢ If there is an abnormal situation during the test, a pop-up window will prompt and an alarm will sound;➢ The user management module controls the authority of each user to operate and use the system toensure that key settings are not modified at will, resulting in errors in testing or classification.
